Marcus Grant ended a less than healthy shopping trip by picking up a head of iceburg lettuce Tuesday. His cart was full of Hot Pockets, a Frito Lay Snack Chip Variety Pak, Twizzlers, Slim Jims and Hi-C. As he hurried through the produce section, he felt a pang of guilt. He quickly grabbed and bagged a head of iceburg lettuce.

"I realized that I had a bunch of junk food," Grant admitted. "I'm getting older and I need to start worrying about my health." Grant proceeded home, unpacked his groceries and placed the head of lettuce next to a bag of rotting broccoli from a previous shopping excursion.
